Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, orders placed between 5pm Friday thru midnight Sunday won't be processed until the following Monday. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you for any other information we need to ship the order.
Sales tax will be charged when taxable items are purchased.

Please be advised that if we do not receive a return form within 10 days of an orders delivery date, the order will no longer be accepted for refunds and will be eligible for store credit, within 20 days of your orders delivery date.
- Make sure your order is eligible for returns
- All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Returns sent after this time will no longer be accepted for refunds and will be eligible for store credit within 20 days of your orders delivery date.
- Swimwear can be returned for store credit only.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn.
- We do not refund shipping charges.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges on undergarments, and bodysuits.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
Any items that do not meet to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.
After you submit a return form, you will receive an email, with an address to ship your return.
Please allow 3-5 business days from when we recieve your return/exchange to be processed.

All of our clothing is made by hand in our NYC factory. We strongly believe in employing local people and keeping all of our production in the USA. Although many clothing companies have found lower cost labor in places like China, we believe in hand made, and supporting our local communities and economy.
YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM
If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will mail you a shipping label for returning the item. When we receive your item we will send you a replacement if available, if not issue a full refund.
